Powder Recovery System

The Tablet Compression or Encapsulation machines are always equipped with either a standalone/central Dust Extraction system for the purpose of extracting the excess powder that is spilled onto the die table during the tablets/capsules formation.

Powder recovery system is built on pure mechanical engineering principle with nil use Of instrumentation

Increases your Productivity & Profitability by almost zeroing powder wastage

Light—weighted & easy to carry mechanism

Ultra-compact design requiring minimal space for placement in cubicle

Tool-less, easy & fast change-over

The Tablet Compression and Encapsulation machines are equipped with a standard dust extraction system that helps protect the machine from powder released during the tablet or capsule manufacturing process. Kambert’s Powder Recovery System (KPRS) is installed between the Compression/Encapsulation machine and the Dust Extractor or Central Dust Extraction System. It uses cyclone separation technology to recover 90–95% of spilled powder before it reaches the dust extractor, allowing the recovered powder to be reused. KPRS also offers optional features such as wall mounting, mobile frame mounting, a powder level sensor to prevent collection bin overflow, a butterfly valve for easy bin replacement without stopping the dust extractor, SS316 contact parts, and a 15-litre collection bin.
