Dust Extractor is perfect for connection with machine like Auger powder filling machine, Rotary Tablet press, De-duster. By extracting dust, the operating personnel can work safer in lesser airborne dust.

SUCTION ZONE

It consists of Cyclone Channel Blower directly coupled with motor and impeller fan. It is efficiently designed without any other transmission system to have noiseless & maintenance free continuous process operations. Pressure Relief Valve is provided in the machine for protection of motor and additional air for cooling.

 

FILTER ZONE

There is filter chamber inside Filter Zone in which large surface anti-static filter made of polyester shall be provided. It ensures higher resistance against clogging and passage of fine dust. On Top of Dust Extractor, Lever based Filter Shaking System is provided for efficient filter cleaning to ensure constant suction performance during operations.

 

COLLECTION ZONE

It is one of the studiest unit manufactured with SS 316 Steel material for longer life operation of machine.
